Interesting to see the large margins by which the winners won. Were they all incumbents?
Lottie - the simple answer is no ..... the complex answer is the Mayor lost to our former Mayor who returned after taking some time away from local politics. ..... The regional councilor had no incumbent running but the winner was on council the last term. ..... The councilors some where incumbents and some are totally new faces to local politics.
